Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Reporting to: CEO (temporary)

Location: Israel (preferred)

About the role:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified sales leads for
the company\'s sales team. This role will focus on identifying and researching lists of
potential customers, and develop email, telephone, and Linkedin campaigns to generate
new business opportunities. As this role will be facing mainly US potential customers, the
vast majority of the work will be done during US workday time zones.

About Zero Energy Solutions:

We are an energized Israeli team of Zero Energy seekers :)
We have developed a Climate Intelligence platform for commercial multi-room buildings,
that senses, analyzes, and automates climate comfort in every room.
It is offered at a unique CaaS (Climate-as-a-Service) model.
As we continue to scale our business in the US, we now focus on direct sales to large
hospitality management groups and senior living community operators.

Responsibilities:

  • Create potential customers and contact lead lists (ongoing).
  • Proactively outbound calling, emailing, and reaching out through Linkedin to
    identify, develop, and transform marketing-qualified leads into sales-ready leads.
  • Analyze and report on the success of efforts to turn marketing-qualified leads into
    opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and determines client expectations in order to pass
    qualified sales opportunities onto the sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records of potential customers.
  • Assisting with sales strategy planning.

Requirements:

  • A high-energy, high-integrity individual with a passion to sell.
  • Demonstrates sales competence; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated;
    sales background preferred.
  • Native English speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - a
    must.
  • Well organized and flexible with strong time-management skills.
  • Goal oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly goals.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Energetic, eager to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Former experience in working with technological startups is an advantage.
  • Able to work in flexible working hours, in accordance with potential customers’ time
    zones.

Technical Field Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage and execute entire installation cycle at sites worldwide
  • Prepare installation plans to meet customers\' needs
  • Inspect installation materials and networks for problems
  • Lead technical teams through installation process
  • Provide system service and support to end users

Necessary skills:

  • High level of hands-on technical understanding and intuition
  • Thorough understanding of AC/DC electric circuits
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • English literacy
  • Ability to work independently

Marketing & Grants Manager

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to turn tech into content and to story tell the true story of electric circuits and software algorithms in social media?

Zero Energy is an emerging technology startup from Israel, with a mission to personalize and optimize indoor climate in commercial buildings.

We are looking for a brilliant Marketing and Grants Content specialist.

A native English speaker, who is capable to tell the Startup Nation story to the US market.

One that is ready to roll sleeves up and get completely immersed in the world of online communities, grant programs, and funnel marketing.  

In this role you will:

  • Write content for blogs, articles and marketing materials;
  • Plan and deliver outreach campaigns that will drive traffic, leads, and brand loyalty;
  • Take charge of the company's online appearance in its website and social networks;
  • Be responsible for the company’s brand and design;
  • Research funding opportunities;
  • And plan and implement grant programs.
  • Report to the company’s CEO, out of the Israeli based headquarters.

Job requirements:

  • Must have content writing experience;
  • Advantage - grant writing experience;
  • Advantage - digital marketing experience;
  • Advantage- former role in the hospitality and/or senior living markets;

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills- a storyteller;
  • Must be a native English speaker and proficient in Hebrew;
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Familiarity with marketing tools in social media platforms- an advantage; 
  • Must have strong internet research knowhow;
  • Familiarity with design tools- an advantage;
